As a strategic research specialist, Liz has amassed extensive experience over fifteen years across both qualitative and quantitative project designs. Passionate about people and behaviour, she applies theories of behavioural economics and design thinking, an extension of her work as an academic Lecturer on Research Methods, and Consumer Behaviour.
Sasha Cordeiro
Bedrock Insight
Sasha brings a purposeful combination of extensive commercial and research knowledge from her 23 years in the industry. Sasha’s client side experience means she has first hand understanding of the business realities faced by her clients and can respond to them in a commercially practical way. Sasha has also been trained in classic blue chip brand marketing which gives her a particularly grounded framework when working to build brands, new product development, packaging and communication.
Rigas Harbilas

Rigas is a qualitative research expert specialising in higher-level insights for Post-Modern market conditions. He brings together formidable experience and expertise in the areas of consumer psychology, anthropology and insights strategy. Rigas is consumer-centered, highly collaborative and rigorous by design. He believes that the solution to all brand, product, service and category challenges lies in consulting the mind of the post-modern consumer and their lived experience. Rigas has developed a set of processes, tools and methods that enable us to comprehensively engage and disrupt the Post-modern consumer in the real, hyper real and idealized worlds.
Nick Agafonoff
The Practice
Nick is an accomplished qualitative market and social researcher, experienced ethnographer, professional videographer and documentary filmmaker. Nick has directed hundreds of ethnographic and video insight programs for a diverse range of clients and categories across private and public sectors, media, politics and not-for-profit. He has worked as a director of ethnography for leading boutique insights-strategy agencies in Australia, (Galileo Kaleidoscope and RubyChaCha), and between 2005-2010 he directed Interloper Media, a specialist ethnography house. Nick has an Honours degree in Sociology from the Australian National University (where he received the Ridely Scholarship for Social Science Honours), and a Masters degree in Media Arts and Production from UTS.
