Louise is a seasoned and commercially minded qualitative researcher with over 25 years in the industry. Louise has been active in the development of new qualitative methodologies, and has contributed to shaping contemporary thinking in qualitative research, particularly in the areas of consumer co-creation, consumer mind mapping, consumer profiling and shopper research.
She has received several awards, including the best paper award by the AMSRS for her paper on consumer co-creation titled 'The Secret to a Successful Marriage: When perception meets reality in the ideation process'.
Most days you will find Louise talking to consumers and shoppers in a variety of in-situ, group and online settings observing and understanding their attitudes and behaviours.
Louise is an accomplished workshop facilitator, leading internal brand teams in the development of brand and innovation initiatives.
In 2013 Louise established CLICK research and now works closely with some of the best FMCG brands from Australia and around the globe.
When not working, Lou spends her time 'on the farm' with her boys.
Sam is a senior researcher and has been working at Click Research since 2014.
She is passionate about both qualitative and quantitative research. Sam holds a Bachelor of Commerce, with a double major in Marketing and Statistics.
When Sam isn't working, she enjoys catching up with her close friends, or planning her next holiday.
Kaeleigh has been a team member of Click since 2017, taking care of project management, running discussion boards and assisting in intercept work and fieldwork.
While working full time at Click, she is also studying at University and will graduate with a Diploma of Business and Contemporary Marketing.
When Kaeleigh isn't working, she enjoys spending time traveling and catching up with family and friends.
Michelle began her role as a junior researcher in October 2018. She assists the team with analysis, fieldwork, board moderation and design. She has a strong interest in people and consumer insights.
When Michelle isn't working, she enjoys working on her own creative projects and riding her motorbike.
Zankruti (Zee) Parmar
Zee began her role as a graduate researcher in 2021 and currently holds an MBA from Western Sydney University.
She has been assisting the Click team with fieldwork and data analysis. When Zee isn’t working, she enjoys travelling and seeking new adventures.
Carly began her role as Project Support in 2021. Having worked as a designer in Media and Advertising for over a decade, her career as an administrator has spanned across multiple industries that include construction and engineering, pharmaceuticals and hospitality.
When Carly isn’t working, she enjoys illustrating and counting down the days until she can go snowboarding again.
Glenn joined Click in 2014 as a general manger of operations. He is responsible for the day to day running of the business.
In his spare time Glenn spends his time looking after his two Labradors who think they are cows.
