Louise is a seasoned and commercially minded qualitative researcher with over 25 years in the industry. Louise has been active in the development of new qualitative methodologies, and has contributed to shaping contemporary thinking in qualitative research, particularly in the areas of consumer co-creation, consumer mind mapping, consumer profiling and shopper research.
She has received several awards, including the best paper award by the AMSRS for her paper on consumer co-creation titled 'The Secret to a Successful Marriage: When perception meets reality in the ideation process'.
Most days you will find Louise talking to consumers and shoppers in a variety of in-situ, group and online settings observing and understanding their attitudes and behaviours.
Louise is an accomplished workshop facilitator, leading internal brand teams in the development of brand and innovation initiatives.
In 2013 Louise established CLICK research and now works closely with some of the best FMCG brands from Australia and around the globe.
When not working, Lou spends her time 'on the farm' with her boys.

Recognised as a subject matter expert in sensory and for delivering practical consumer insights, Suz offers over 25 years experience in consumer-based product innovation research. A former CSIRO Scientist and Sensory Research Director, Suz has consulted to many FMCG Companies (small to multi-national).
Suz is on the Board of the Australian Institute of Food Science & Technology (AIFST) and is a former Board Member of The Research Society (TRS). Suz has qualifications in Psychology, Cognitive Science, Marketing, & Gastronomy.
Sam oversees all of our quantitative projects and is closely involved with qualitative research activities. She has a passion for helping clients understand their audience through high quality, data-driven insights.
Her fortes include research design, questionnaire design, data analysis, report writing and presenting. Sam holds a Bachelor of Commerce, with a double major in Marketing and Statistics and when Sam isn’t working, she enjoys catching up with her close friends or planning her next holiday.
Michelle assists the team with fieldwork and analysis on our qualitative projects. She is fascinated by human behaviour and enjoys watching insights turn into action.
She is also responsible for most of our visual and creative outputs and has an eye for clean and simple designs with the user in mind. When Michelle isn't working, you’ll find her outside exploring and riding her motorbike.
Carly began her role as Project Support in 2021. Having worked as a designer in Media and Advertising for over a decade, her career as an administrator has spanned across multiple industries that include construction and engineering, pharmaceuticals and hospitality.
When Carly isn’t working, she enjoys illustrating and counting down the days until she can go snowboarding again.
